I found Pension Residencial Platas to be a decent choice for our stay in O Pedrouzo. Room 101 stood out for being basic yet scrupulously clean, offering a comfortable place to rest after a long day of walking the Camino. The location could not be better, as it’s just a short stroll to various restaurants and cafés. The hosts on reception were genuinely helpful, assisting with local dining suggestions and making check-in smooth. However, I encountered some inconveniences. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell, which affected my comfort. The WiFi signal was weak, making it hard to stay connected. Despite the cleanliness, the facilities felt outdated, especially the bathroom setup. Overall, it met our basic needs but left room for improvement.

During my stay, I was disappointed to find that the laundry facilities were quite limited. There were only two washing machines and two dryers, all of which were occupied when I needed to do laundry. Plus, the laundry service was unavailable after 6 PM. I also discovered that the bathroom in my room had a rather unpleasant smell, which detracted from my overall comfort.
